Hataraku Maou-sama! Episode 2 - Emi is Moe Beyond Belief

Sup guys! Tadashi here and I'm going to be talking about the 2nd episode of this hilarious comedy show that does not fail to disappoint.

This episode starts off with the two confronting each other to the point where Emi<3 pulls out a cheap dollarstore switchblade and attempts to kill Maou. They were of course apprehended by the police and taken to the station.

This scene just made me burst out laughing because Emi was 110% serious when she was asked why they were fighting. They were believed to be having a lover's quarrel which means Maou was mistakened Emi's boyfriend and her reaction was priceless.

Plays the tsundere role perfectly!

I found it eve more hilarious that she stalked Maou for a good couple days trying to see if he was planning anything suspicious. He was really straight up and revealed he is trying to conquer Japan by rising through the ranks of McGronalds which is an amazing idea.

Emi the stalker has hit a slump

Emi pretty much realized that Maou has been living a very peaceful life, quite opposite of the former Maou in the Demon Realm and is even acting like a proper righteous guy. Emi on the other hand acts more like the villain because of her attitude towards killing Maou.

If you guys didn't notice, these two are actually perfectly suited for each other. They compliment each other so well and  being a Hero and Demon King there's already some kind of unreachable bond. You can slowly, but surely see the romance developing between these two.

I'm really rooting for this relationship and Emi is soooooooooooooooo cute.

Now who could be the ones shooting these magic bullets and targeting these two? They probably know their identities but still attack? The fact that they wield some magic means it's possible to regain their powers as well. Maybe it's somebody who wants to get rid of the Demon King and Hero or prevent them from returning.

Concluding, this was another hilarious episode with Yoko Hikasa<3 pulling off an extraordinary tsundere. Can't wait for some action which should be coming up soon.
