Allo allo guys! Tadashi here and today I'll be talking about the 9th episode of Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko
which concludes the Emi arc with a crazy revelation and it also ends quite nicely for Azusa.
The beginning of the episode shows Emi's past and she is indeed a real person. She was apart of a church choir and that was when she met Youto outside the church.
Back in real time, we see Azusa again running away from Youto but she ends up getting caught in a net and oh my goodness moe-level 9000+. I almost couldn't contain myself. It didn't just stop there, once out of the net she offered her help in finding Ponta's missing bunny and she displayed her dog senses and omfg I almost lost it again (^_^;)
TELL ME THAT'S NOT KAWAII WITH A STRAIGHT FACE hnnnnnng
Anyways, we find out quite a bit this episode. The Stony Cat actually possessed Emi when she wished to be someone else and there it's explained that the Italy wish was actually something that stemmed from Youto's wish but he has no clue what it is. Better yet, he has no recollection of the past so all of this sounds crazy to him. Is there a reason why he has no memories? What happened?

The Stony Cat has a rather foul mouth but it does help explain things. When Tsukiko and Youto met at the park, he found out that Tsukushi wanted to go Italy which was the basis of this Italy-esque looking school. Youto wanting to help fulfill the wish somehow made Emi go to Italy and then come back and wish for the Italian school. I think lol.
Either way, it all comes down to Youto. He knew all of the girls in the past but something caused him to forget everything but why? I'm really curious to find out.
Anyways, all of this trouble was concluded in a very beautiful fashion:
OMG YES!
I was soooooo happy seeing this but then again, it's not like Youto actually has feelings for her. I hope she doesn't get super hurt in the end</3 I wouldn't mind if she won though (^_^)
In the end, Emi seems like she's just another supporting character who'll be appearing from time-time. It's a shame since she's so cute. The plot got all the more interesting with the Stony Cat making its move. I can't wait to find out the truths to everything. So many questions!
Some observations:
1) Tsukiko takes pride in her being a utility player hahaha.
2) Emi actually has a really foul mouth. She said she borrowed her smile from someone.
3) Tsukiko swimming was insanely kawaii! "gobogobogobo"

I thought this was a hilarious scene xD
