Wow. Just wow. A whole episode centered on Cecilia and her cooking woes. Honestly, I could have done without this since I find her to be the least interesting character. The moment where Ichika was wrapped around her was pretty cute though!
The only real thing that happened was the dinner at the end with Phantom Task and Tabane. She shows us that she is truly terrifying (and crazy) and the only person who could defeat her is Chifuyu. She is now in cahoots with Phantom Task building Madoka her own personal IS. Who's side is she really on?
There's also the IS named "Infinite Stratos" that was brought up in the beginning of this season. It's ultimately their end goal, but we have no information on what it is and what it's capable of. Hopefully these will get addressed soon.
Also, best part was seeing Laura in her pajamas. Hnnnnnnnnnng<3
