Natcchin and Cecil finally bond! And they do it on a roadtrip out to my country Canada! But who is this mysterious Kaede they picked up? And what are the Wizard Sharks doing out in a place like this?

If there's one thing I'm going to talk about this episode, it's the development between Natcchi and Cecil. First, I'd like to comment on the fact that they picked up a random hitchiker named Kaede and totally made her one of them. It's weird enough that they picked her up, and even more weird that she's an aspiriing Benmashi, but things are just too friendly between all of them that it gives off an ominous vibe. But enough of her (I'm sure we'll find out sooner or later...or like next episode lol), let's talk about the two main stars this episode.
There was a surprising development between them both as Natsuna was forced to escort Cecil all the way to Canada. I personally thought it felt a bit forced, but in reality, these things happen. I was super surprised at Natsuna's story of unrequited love for a professor who already has a family. I was even more surprised to see her start bawling her eyes out. Cecil eventually told her her story as well which earned some respect. Maybe now they'll be able to see eye-to-eye and hopefully Natcchi will be more friendly toward her. She's a pretty face who needs more screentime!
It was definitely a surprise to see the two benmashis Shark Wizards all the way in Canada. I doubt they were there to just try and catch that serial killer...
Looking forward to the next episode to find out exactly who girl is, and how they're going to deal with this killer.
